Face2Face UMAT’s single minded focus on getting students in has been at the forefront of the business since inception – resulting in over 7 years of the best success rates in the industry. F2F has a proud tradition of being the only truly personalised UMAT preparation to our students, redefining the level of quality expected by students with up-to-date materials and innovative teaching methods. We are inviting you to be a part of that tradition, so let us describe how the company came to be.

F2F had humble beginnings when two of the founders and close friends Michael Caristo and Bob Huang managed to achieve a rank of 1st in NSW and above 95th percentile in all 3 sections of the UMAT respectively. They attended the ‘premier’ UMAT tuition program at the time and were disappointed at the lack of any quality teaching, relevant materials and general care for students. They recruited Natalie Sancandi, a highly successful medical student, and together decided to develop the F2F ideals with a single minded focus on getting students in.

Even though they initially tutored students only by request, word spread of their success through word of mouth and by 2005 they had too many students to teach as individuals. Thus in 2006 Face2Face UMAT Preparation Centre was born.  From the very beginning, F2F made a commitment to getting students in, resulting in a success rate twice as high as their competitors.  This fuelled the extraordinary rate of growth and today we have offices in four different cities. We will never waver from the principle that has made us successful – getting you in at all costs.
